Q. How are published pages counted?
The number of pages you can publish is based off the URL of each page. Each unique URL is one page. For more information please contact us here.
Q. What happens if I exceed the limit for the number of published pages?
You will still be able to add and translate new pages. However, you will not be able to publish them. Please upgrade your plan if you need to publish more pages.
Q. Is there a free trial plan?
Once you register a new account, you will be given a free trial of the business plan. The free trial period is 30 days, and it will automatically downgrade to a free plan at the end of the 30 days. If you want to continue using the advanced features of the business plan, please subscribe.

Q. How do I cancel my subscription?
Please contact us here. If you are planning on cancelling your subscription, we recommended downgrading to a free plan instead. By downgrading to a free plan, translated text will stay on the WOVN.io dashboard so you can use again if you decide to re-subscribe.
