- Log into WordPress, click on ‘Plugins’ on the left side of your screen and press ‘Add New’ at the top.
- Search for ‘WOVN’.
- Select ‘Install Now’ from the displayed search result and start installing. After that, activate it.
- Select ‘WOVN.io’ from Settings on the left side of your screen.
- Enter the required information:
・Project Token: enter your WOVN.io Code Snippet (check ↓ where to find it)
・Default Language: set your website’s original language
・URL Pattern Name: path (default setting)
・Lang Param Name: wovn (default setting)
・Supported Languages: select the language you wish to translate your website into.
・Translation Request Tool(advanced): Set the method to use when fetching data from WordPress to the WOVN server. If you select ALL, the best one is automatically determined from cURL or file_get_contents.
・Translation Request Timeout(advanced): Set the timeout seconds for data fetching from the WOVN server. Note that it will affect the response time of WordPress.
・HTTP Proxy(advanced): Setting is required when outbound requests must pass through HTTP proxy tunnel. Please enter the proxy IP address and port with format like 111.222.333.444:8080.
Where to find your WOVN.io Code Snippet
Get your WOVN.io Code Snippet on your Project Page: click on the ellipsis icon of the project you want to work on and select ‘Code Snippet’ from the drop-down menu.
Select “WordPress Plugin” from the drop-down menu, click on the icon next to the Code Snippet to copy the Code Snippet.
