How do I renew my plan?

Plans are renewed automatically every month. You don’t need to do anything to ensure your plan is renewed.

I cannot access my project due to a missed payment. If I make the payment, is it possible to restore my project?

Yes. No data is lost during a downgrade and plans can be restored at any time.

Change Contract

Is it possible to add features after having signed a contract?

Yes, you can at any time.

Is it possible to transfer projects or websites to another account?

Unfortunately, we are unable to handle these requests. If you’d like to change the email address of an account please go to the Account page.

Can I change the name on my account to a different person?

As this varies depending on the payment method.

How much does pro translation cost?

It depends on the language pair. Rates start at ¥5 per one character. Click here for further information. If you wish to ask for the translation of specific terminology, please contact us here.
For PRIME users, we also provide special offers for a large amount of translation.

Are the prices for the library version and the snippet version different?

No. They are the same price.


How do I cancel my plan?

I accidentally cancelled my account; can I undo this?

Please contact our Support team, and they can help you resolve this issue.

What happens to my project after cancelling my account?

You will no longer be able to translate or publish pages.

Is there any charge for canceling my account?

No, there are no cancellation charges.

When will a cancellation take effect after requesting it?

You may still use your account until the end of the contract. The contract will no be renewed.
