This November, we all got out of Tokyo to Shuzenji, Shizuoka (inaka or countryside for Tokyoites) for three days with two purposes in mind: to get to know colleagues we usually don’t work with and finish that one point on our to-do list we somehow didn’t manage to do during the year.

It was not all work. With the Development team on one side of the hall and the Business team on the other, we played dodgeball. One of the teams didn’t dare to use a proper hard ball >o< We also had some time to enjoy the onsen (hot spring bath) and the great weather, and compete in a Hackathon.
The Blue Team developed an AI chatbot.
The Red Team developed an app that translated transcript into emojis.
